The IOM UNHCR ICMC Linking-In EU Resettlement project, promotes networking , exchange and capacity building of governments, NGOs, local authorities, media and other actors in the European Union.

Following the first newsletter focusing on North Africa, the second issue highlights the influx and resultant refugee population increase in the Dadaab refugee camp, inviting the EU member states to urgently offer increased humanitarian support and solidarity to meet the large resettlement needs of the Somali refugee population.

The newsletter also includes the latest LINKING IN project developments and updates on partner activities in the field of resettlement.
